After you have bought your great MacBook Pro, you start to install all sorts of programs and applications that can ease your life and that can offer you the possibility to do amazing things with your computer. But since you have a Mac computer, you do not have access to all the programs and applications that are available for Windows based PCs and with which you are already used.
But do not panic! Stay calm, because I have the solution for you. You don’t have to use the same programs that you were using on your PC, because there are other applications exclusively made for Mac computers that are doing the same things, or even better ones.
If you ask yourself from where you can buy such applications, I will tell you that the one and only official site of Apple, is the number one provider of many applications for Mac. And I will present you a few of them in the next lines, so you can have an idea of what you will be able to find there.

The first app that got my attention is the LittleSnapper. This is a program which helps photographers, or why not, people who love playing with pictures, to take screenshots, to capture complete pages from the internet, to make some cuts and to organize the desktop in a certain way. You will also have a very own library where you will be able to manage all the captures and all the screenshots you are taking.

Another app which I liked is the Pixelmator. This one is, in fact, an image editor which will help the one using it to modify images by giving them effects, new colors, special filters, and so on. It is really helpful and resembles a little bit with Picasa program, which works under Windows. So, if you are having trouble with some images or you simply would like to spice them up, this is the perfect choice for you.

And the last but not the least app is the one called YummySoup!. Funny name, funny program, but useful. With this program you will be able to save all the recipes that you find on the internet. It also imports different recipes from cooking sites, so you can select them and save the ones that you like. You will also be able to send them by e-mail or modify them.
So, what do you think about these apps? I bet that I made you curious, so take a look in the Apple store and choose the one you like.
