About
Everyone knows that Mac is short for Macintosh – a line of personal computers developed by Apple. The first Mac computer was seen on the market back in 1984 and it was a revolution for the computer industry. It was considered to be the first commercially successful personal computer that came with a mouse and, instead of that boring command line interface, it came with a graphical user interface. Even for the years to come, Macintosh computers were very successful because of Apple’s initiative to consolidate its multiple consumer-level desktop models and thus the iMac all-in-one was created.People believed that Apple could not have done a better job, which was until the MacBook laptops appeared. They were the dream of every person, every business that ever wanted a portable computer with decent specification but could not get one. MacBooks appeared back in 2006 and Apple has been improving that line of laptops ever since. The MacBook suffered several changes and transformation to become what it is today. Let us not forget about the MacBook Air which, until the new Dell Adamo appeared, was considered to be the thinnest laptop in the world. What more could you have even wanted when you were supposed to carry a heavy laptops around with you all day.
Since Apple has always stood out of the crowd, its products have to special all the way up. This means that Macintosh computer could not use Windows operating system, it would be like bowing down before the enemy right after having declared war. And so the Mac operating system was invented, compatible with Mac computers and laptops. This is not all, it even comes with its very own software, just to upset some more software developers a little.
